With Farm Hands: Family Collective, children ages 4–12 learn side-by-side in an all-ages environment rooted in real farm life. We believe in the beauty of mixed-age learning- where older kids lead, younger kids grow, and everyone works, plays, and learns together. Through daily farm rhythms, hands-on projects, and cooperative learning, children build character, confidence, and connection- with the land, each other, and their own growing capabilities. This is slow childhood. This is whole child education. This is Farm Hands: Family Collective.
Cancellation Policy
🌾 Farm Hands Enrollment & Payment Policy Enrolling in Farm Hands is a commitment to the full school year, running September 2025 through May 2026. Semesters are broken up into 12 week seasonal increments, for a total of 3 semesters (Fall, winter, spring.) 📅 Commitment By enrolling, you are reserving your child’s space for the entire school year. This ensures consistency for the group and supports the relational, seasonal rhythm of our farm based learning. 💳 Tuition & Payment • Tuition is $167/month per student for the 9 month school year • Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file each month • Sibling discounts are available upon request ❌ Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of a new 12 week semester. (Fall, winter, & spring.) • Cancellations made less than thirty days before the start of the next semester will not be refunded, as that spot has been reserved and we may need time to fill it. • If you choose to pull your student during a semester, you will be charged for the remainder of that semester. • No refunds or credits will be given for missed class days. No makeup days if weather related. 🌦️ Attendance There are no refunds for missed days due to illness, travel, snow days, or personal scheduling conflicts. Classes will continue in light rain, cold weather, or muddy conditions- just dress accordingly! (We’ll communicate in the case of extreme weather cancellations) ⏰ Time • Every Tuesday from 10:00am to 1:00pm from September 9th 2025 through May 19th 2026 (unless otherwise specified) 🚗 Drop Offs • Parents have the option to drop off, join us in class, or stay in their car with a cozy book and snag some silence! • Parent Discretion & Program Status: Farm Hands at Untamed Farm operates as a subject-specific educational enrichment program (tutoring/instruction) and is not a state-licensed child care center. 🩹 Health Policy • Children must stay home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms. If a child becomes ill at farm school, they must be picked up promptly. 🤝 Behavior Policy • Disruptive, unsafe, or consistently disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We will work with families to support each child, but repeated behavior issues may result in dismissal from the program.
